    This jerk paste is absolutely delicious. It's fairly hot and I do love my dishes to be hot. I got five decent meals worth (usually around 10-15 wings each time) out of one jar! I usually use two good scoops of this paste with a splash of orange juice, some olive oil and some extra chopped up chilli peppers to bulk it out and marinade for 24-48 hrs. Chef Bernie even hand delivered it to my front door. That is what I call service! What a legend!

    I can’t get enough of Bernie’s Jerk Paste. We’ve used it as a marinade / coating and also mixed with coconut milk to turn into saucier dish. I always buy it in bulk when I see Bernie at events and have ordered through the website too. I included a jar in a Christmas hamper I made up for my Mum and my parents are now hooked too, she’s recently placed an order for delivery to down to sunny Cornwall. Keep up the good work Bernie! ☺️

    Love, love, love this wonderfully versatile paste...the perfect marinade for tofu or tempeh, a wonderful spicy addition to a stir fry or spiralised veg. The possibilities are endless...clearly made with passion & love 🌿🙏

    Best Rotisserie Chicken Ever!

    I bought a bunch of stuff from Chef Bernie (himself) at a fair in Newbury, after tasting a number of his sauces and marinades. When I got home, I used the Tropical Jerk Paste with a little additional olive oil to baste a chicken that I put in the rotisserie. This jerk seasoning is incredible. Not too overpowering with scotch bonnet pepper, not too vinegary, not too dry. It is juicy and perfect, and brings out the essence of Jerk, without going over the top. Seriously, the nicest rotisserie chicken I ever cooked. (And I used the Jerk flavoured oil in the mushroom, corn, green pea, egg fried rice used as an accompaniment.)
